Refund policy

In the event you are not satisfied with your landing net purchase for any reason, you may return unused it for a full product refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Shipping will not be refunded and returned items must be received by Montana Net Co within the thirty (30) days.   

Every Montana Net Co product is warrantied against glue and/or lacing failure for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.  Should you have any issue in the first year please contact us. 

Returned items may not have been used. We will issue a refund once the returned item(s) has been received by Montana Net Co. Please note that all refunds will be returned to the credit card used for the purchase. We do not give cash refunds. Due to the unique nature of custom orders, we take returns on custom orders only due to material or workmanship defects.

Include a copy of your invoice with your return. Returns must be done within thirty (30) days from date of purchase.  Custom orders cannot be exchanged.
